Attorney Rappe graduated from Springfield College in 1961 and from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1964. He practiced law in Meriden, Connecticut from 1964 to 1966, in Hartford from 1966 to 1984 at Howard, Kohn, Sprague and FitzGerald and in Coventry from 1984 to the present.

Attorney Rappe was Probate Judge for the District of Coventry for twenty-seven (27) years retiring upon the merger of the Probate Courts in Mansfield and Coventry. He is a member of the American, Connecticut and Tolland County Bar Associations. He is a member of the Estate and Probate and Elder Law Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is active in community affairs and has served on various Board and Commissions in Coventry and was most recently a member of the Coventry Planning and Zoning Commission. He is also a member of the Coventry Lions Club, the Coventry Historical Society and Urial Lodge AF & AM.

Attorney Rappe practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Elder Law, Residential and Commercial Real Estate and Zoning.

Attorney Bartlett graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1996 and from Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2002.

Attorney Bartlett practiced labor and employment law, and specifically education law for five years in Hartford prior to joining Rappe & Bartlett, LLC in 2007. She is currently an Advisory Board Member for Rockville Bank and is on the Board of Trustees for the Hans Christian Andersen Montessori School in Bolton, CT. She is a member of the Connecticut and Tolland County Bar Associations and the Estate and Probate & Real Estate Property Law sections of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Attorney Bartlett practices in the areas of Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Education Law. She also works closely with the Northeast Regional Children’s Probate Court, serving as Guardian Ad Litem to children needing advocacy.

Bertha E. Rappe Bert has worked with Attorney Rappe both as Clerk of the Coventry Probate Court and as the probate paralegal in his law practice. Her many years of experience helps to provide a smooth and efficient experience through the often confusing process.		Mary Luchenbill Mary is a paralegal in the office who supports both the probate and real estate practices. She graduated with an Associates Degree in the Paralegal program from Manchester Community College. She joined us from Coventry High School where she was the Principal’s secretary for many years.
